What I want to convey through my dishes is my imagination, my passion and love for cooking, by using everything the nature can offer me daily. Our local raw materials are full of colours and fragrances… “.
In this way, the chef Crescenzo Scotti describes its dedication to cuisine, searching for the finest materials to use and unique dishes to create. His skills emerge in his culinary creations that I had the pleasure of tasting during my stay at this extraordinary resort. Dining at sunset is amazing. This place offers a breathtaking view.On the horizon the Lipari stacks and the other Aeolian Islands…with the sweet sound of the waves breaking on the lavic stone of Vulcano Island.
The design of the restaurant is in tune with the surrounding environment.
Simple and elegant lines, with soft and refined colours. The linen fabrics and the soft lighting in the restaurant create the right atmosphere for a charming evening, in the name of great food and wine.

Needless to say I spent an unforgettable evening. Everything was very good, perfectly conceived, from colours combination to tastes. A real temple of taste, where each ingredient is chosen through a careful process of selection.
