On May 15th, Alexander McQueen will fly overseas from London to launch, off-schedule, his new collection.

Also Thom Browne will be in town, with his fall/winter collection on April 29th, just before the annual Met Gala on May 2nd.

The new generation at the London Fashion Week

Having missed the January appointment with men’s shows, the London Fashion Week comes back on stage, with collections for him and her.

The British capital has witnessed some heavy absences though, like Mulberry, Victoria Beckham, Christopher Kane and Emilia Wickstead.

Besides Alexander McQueen, who will fly to New York, also Burberry has missed the show, but will be in London off-schedule for March 11th.

So, green light for budding stylists, for many years the heart and soul of the London kermesse.

From Bora Aksu to Edward Crutchley and Molly Goddard, from Richard Quinn to Temperley London, David Koma and Simone Rocha.

In addition to that, the already known Roksanda, Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, Erdem, Rejina Pyo and Bethany Williams.
